Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle and effective hands-on therapy that improves biological function as it reduces and cures pain. CST is well-researched and proven in clinical applications.
CST reverses the negative long-term effects of stresses, strains and injuries, giving you a body that feels better and performs better. Craniosacral therapy is effective for all ages, young children to elders.
