Rescheduling appointments
Please notify us as far in advance as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment or need to reschedule. You will be charged for appointments that are missed or canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.New patients
If you have a first-time appointment for functional medicine, medical massage, or neurofeedback, you will be instructed on what paperwork we will need completed. Function medicine and Neurofeedback patients will fill out an online form. Please call our office at 303-986-0492 and we will be happy to go over all the information with you.Paying for services
