Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle and effective hands-on therapy that improves biological function as it reduces and cures pain.  CST is well-researched and proven in clinical applications.

Many patients recover from pain problems and health problems when this wonderful therapy is applied. Many patients request craniosacral therapy because it has helped them so much.

Craniosacral Therapy improves the condition of the soft tissues that surround, protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord.  It also improves the soft tissue and fluid environment that surrounds and supports every organ and muscle.

CST reverses the negative long-term effects of stresses, strains and injuries, giving you a body that feels better and performs better. Craniosacral therapy is effective for all ages, young children to elders.

Dr. Joan has 30-years’ clinical experience practicing manual therapies that improve bodily health. Her craniosacral work is enhanced by her skills in other areas such as myofascial release, lymphatic massage, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Joan started studying craniosacral therapy in 2011 with Ken DiPersio. Since 2015 she has taken courses in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute. She is certified in CST 1, 2 and 3 and also in SER 1.
