Our highly experienced – and extraordinarily caring – medical professionals bring you holistic medical solutions for brain health, gut health, musculoskeletal health and more. We help children and adults heal from chronic health problems by eliminating lifestyle factors that cause specific diseases and by giving the body what it needs to maintain healthier functioning.


Wanda Bedinghaus, MD

JCP61Known to her patients simply as Dr. B, Wanda Bedinghaus, MD, graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, and received pediatric training at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. She is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Colorado and has had her own practice for 17 years. Dr. B is board certified in pediatrics, practiced in the Dallas area for 14 years, and practiced at The Children’s Hospital Urgent Care Centers in Denver for 5 years. In 2002 Dr. Bedinghaus graduated from Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a 3-year training program in classical homeopathy.

Dr B. has been associated with The Institute for Functional Medicine for seven years. She has completed IFM advanced coursework in six areas including GI, Detox, Hormone and Energy modules. She specializes in digestive disorders, chronic diseases, autoimmune disease, metabolic problems and brain health.

Joan Sloss, EdD, LMT

JCP21Dr. Joan is a specialist in restoring integration, balance and good movement function to the human body. Joan treats fascia and muscle tissues using manual therapies. She is certified in treatment of the head, entire spine, shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle, upper and lower extremities.  Fascia work is especially important when treating chronic myofascial pain problems.

Joan has practiced Craniosacral Therapy for five years. In her craniosacral work, Joan focuses on treating jaw/bite problems, headaches, traumatic brain injuries, and myofascial pain of head, neck and shoulder region. Joan has completed CST levels I, II and III with the Upledger Institute, and she has also studied with Ken DiPersio, BCST, CST-T, CNMT, LMT.

Dr. Joan has practiced orthopedic bodywork for 20 years. In her orthopedic bodywork Joan assists the body to heal from chronic pain problems affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and the pelvis, hip, knee, ankle and foot.

Joan received her doctorate degree in 1982 from Temple University where she studied the arts and sciences of human movement. She received certifications from 3 schools for massage studying in Minneapolis and Denver. She began clinical/medical bodywork in 2004 after completing 12 exam-based certifications in manual therapy through The Medical Massage Office and Associates.

She has completed continuing education courses annually. Dr. Joan is a lifelong learner and loves to spend a few hours each weekend advancing her knowledge of anatomy. In her integrated practice she offers her clients manual therapies along with movement education and wellness education. Her goal is to assist her clients to heal themselves and to learn how to maintain body integration. Many patients want to receive stress education, breathing education, lifestyle support, body mechanics education along with manual therapy

Tom Brady,RN, Neurofeedback Technician, Office Manager

Tom Brady brings his passion of his medical and professional background to Healing Unleashed. Formally a paramedic at Denver Health and working with Flight for Life at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Tom has spent many years in the medical field, as well as in customer service management. Tom is a current registered nurse and brings his passion of patient care to the team. Tom is excited to join Healing Unleashed as our office and operations manager.

Tom loves to spend his time with his wife, Faith and his 2 beautiful children, Thomas Jr and Jasmine. His family loves the outdoors that Colorado has to offer. Besides the outdoors, Tom enjoys rugby, cooking, history and classic cars.

Tom is excited about his growing career at Healing Unleashed and about his part in helping the company expand its services. He is always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have, and strives to make sure you are satisfied when visiting or calling us.


Sadey Stillman, Receptionist

Sadey Stillman is excited to be the newest member of the Healing Unleashed team. Her passion for well-rounded health and ambition to learn more about functional medicine brought her here. She understands the key role a receptionist plays, and brings many years experience in customer service and client communication to the office. Sadey graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an  undergraduate degree in Integrative Physiology. She was born and raised in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and moved to Denver after she graduated college.

Sadey enjoys everything active, from hitting the gym to a long nature run, or even just a simple walk with her boyfriend and dog. She was a member of CU in the Garden during college, and brings her passion for plants into her everyday life. One of her favorite things to do is spend time with her flowers in her garden in the Art District. Sadey also enjoys many other simple things, such as going to the movies or a really well made cup of coffee.

Sadey is honored to help you find health and wellness at Healing Unleashed. She aspires to gain knowledge about functional medicine every day, and eager to help you learn with her.
